Whymee Padero

Whymee has been part of Sicuro Group's growth story since 2010, joining as an office support and HR executive and steadily building her role into today's HR & Admin Manager position. Over more than a decade with the company, she has developed a deep, firsthand understanding of Sicuro Group's people, operations, and culture — insight that shapes how she manages the company's HR, and Corporate Admin functions today. 

Her responsibilities span the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and policy implementation, alongside broader office administration and logistics coordination that keep the organization running smoothly across its regional teams. In a company operating in high-risk environments worldwide, Whymee's work also contributes to Sicuro Group's risk mitigation and compliance efforts, ensuring HR practices align with the standards the business is built on. 

Before her HR career, Whymee gained experience in office and HR management within the architecture and design sectors, including a role overseeing office administration and HR strategy at a design firm in Dubai. That grounding in operations and people management, combined with her long tenure at Sicuro Group, gives her a practical, institution-wide perspective that few others in the company can match. 

Whymee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and a Master of Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai.
