Rafal's experience includes leading finance and commercial operations across the MENA region. He is a qualified management accountant (CIMA, CPA) with an EMBA from the National University of Singapore, and his expertise covers risk management, oil and gas services, and family office private equity. In 2025, Rafal joined Sicuro Group as General Manager to guide the strategic repositioning and customer-centric growth of risk management services.

Miles has well over a decade of experience designing, implementing, scaling and leading resilience programs across the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He has supported commercial entities, government contracts, NGOs and the extractive industries for security providers. Most recently he has worked in house for an oil and gas services company. Miles has a wealth of experience in security, crisis management and business continuity.

River brings over a decade of experience in strategy consulting, finance, and operations across the U.S., MENA, and Asia. He has advised more than 300 companies in sectors including construction, logistics, manufacturing, and technology, with a proven track record in commercial sales and operational efficiency. River holds an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore. At Sicuro Group, River leads commercial strategy and client engagement to support continued expansion and success.

Charis manages the marketing and business support teams of Sicuro Group. Charis works closely with our senior leadership to support the inter-regional teams’ implementation of strategies and brand awareness. Charis holds a BSc and MBA, specializing in professional marketing. Charis joined Sicuro Group in 2012, having previously managed multiple teams in the e-commerce sector.

Erik Hart is Vice President of Operations Americas at Sicuro Group, leading operational growth, client relationships, and risk management initiatives across the region. With more than two decades of experience spanning intelligence operations, cybersecurity, insider threat programs, crisis response, and organizational leadership, he helps organizations navigate complex risks with confidence.

Whymee joined Sicuro Group in 2010 as an office support and HR executive. Over the years, she has worked her way up to her current position, where she manages the company's HR, Corporate Admin, and Logistics functions. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Strategic Human Resource Management.

Joman is Product Manager at Sicuro Group, leading development, demonstrations, and sales engineering for the company's duty of care and asset management platforms. A board-certified engineer with Sicuro Group since 2018, he provides technical support and implementation assistance to clients across the Middle East and Africa. He previously spent four years as an electronics engineer with a U.S. semiconductor manufacturer, bringing expertise in telematics, communications, and fleet operations.

Samantha Marte is Client Support Lead for North and South America at Sicuro Group, overseeing client support operations and helping ensure consistent, high-quality response services across the region. With a background in operational management, process improvement, and team leadership, she specializes in creating efficient systems and delivering exceptional client experiences in fast-paced environments.

John is a risk management expert with a military intelligence background. He founded John Andrews Risk Management in 2013 and now heads Sicuro Group East Africa following acquisition. John oversees security strategy and client project delivery including executive protection, risk assessments and community enggement development across African nations.

Sheila Kamande is the Communications Director at Sicuro Group, bringing extensive experience across security and risk management, operations, communications, media, and humanitarian sectors. She combines strategic leadership and operational expertise with a strong background in public engagement, crisis communication, storytelling, and relationship management.

Scott founded Sicuro Group in Dubai in 2005 and led it for twenty years, building it from a start-up to operations in more than 140 countries. He stepped back from day-to-day leadership in 2026 and remains a shareholder. He now advises international investors, boards and family offices independently at scottjwilcox.com.
