River leads commercial strategy and client engagement at Sicuro Group, supporting the company's continued expansion and success across the Middle East and beyond. He brings over a decade of experience spanning strategy consulting, finance, and business operations across the United States, MENA region, and Asia.
Prior to Sicuro Group, River worked with Birch View Advisors and International Services, Inc., where he served in senior consulting and project leadership roles, providing subject matter expertise to small and mid-sized businesses generating up to $50M in annual revenue. His work focused on business transformation across sales, operations, and finance — guiding companies from negative margins to healthy, sustainable profitability. He also brings earlier experience from TAVAS LLC, a multidisciplinary consulting firm specializing in strategic tax planning and business advisory services.
Across his career, River has advised more than 300 companies in sectors including construction, logistics, manufacturing, and technology, developing a reputation for combining analytical rigor with hands-on, practical execution. At Sicuro Group, he applies that same strategic and operational discipline to commercial growth, client relationships, and cross-market expansion.
River holds an Executive MBA in International Business from NUS Business School (National University of Singapore).
