His career spans oil and gas, renewable energy, consulting, and private equity, giving him a unique perspective on how finance and risk intersect to create long-term value.
Prior to assuming the CEO role, he served as General Manager of Sicuro Group, driving operational performance and preparing the organisation for its next phase of growth. His career spans nearly a decade in oil and gas services across complex environments in the MENA region, where he held senior finance and commercial leadership roles, managing multi-million-dollar operations, advising boards on strategic decisions, and delivering sustainable growth through disciplined execution and financial rigour. He has also worked in family office and private equity, overseeing financial strategy and investment management.
Rafal holds an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and CPA (CIMA, CGMA, CPA Aust.). Based in Dubai, he has lived in the United Arab Emirates for more than a decade, contributing to the region’s business ecosystem while building partnerships with leading international organisations.
