Joman is the Product Manager at Sicuro Group, leading the product strategy and vision, technical demonstrations, and sales engineering for the company's duty of care and asset management platforms. A board-certified engineer with the company since 2018, he brings deep technical expertise in IoT tracking systems, telematics, and global client implementation.
Joman brings a strong engineering foundation to product management, combining hands-on technical expertise with client-facing implementation experience. At Sicuro Group, he leads the product development, provides the client with tailored technical solutions, helping organizations track, protect, and support their people in complex environments.
He provides comprehensive technical oversight on Sicuro’s fleet management software and addressing client queries related to IoT/telematic products. Joman completed numerous field deployments across the MENA Region and Central Asia – including Iraq, Afghanistan, North and West Africa - overseeing the installation of in-vehicle monitoring systems, provisioning of electronic countermeasures and conducting in-depth client training on Sicuro’s platforms.
He has also played a key role in the development and testing of new technologies including AI, ensuring seamless integration into Sicuro's technology stack.
Before joining Sicuro Group in 2018, Joman spent four years as an Equipment and Process Engineer with a U.S. semiconductor company (Texas Instruments), where he led the establishment of a Design Review Board ensuring hardware manufacturability prior release, standardized probe card specifications globally, and conducted technical studies used as a baseline for future design works. This background gives him a rigorous, systems-first approach to product development and quality.
