    Scott Wilcox, founder of Sicuro Group, combines entrepreneurialism with deep expertise in security and logistics. With over 20 years of experience in challenging regions, he is driven by a passion for solving complex problems through technology, critical thinking, and collaboration.

    Nigel’s experience includes advising government departments (UAE, UK, USA) and leading a number of commercial organizations to achieve significant growth. Predominantly focused on conflict and post-conflict countries, Nigel’s experience includes risk management, support services, and logistics. In 2018, Nigel joined Sicuro Group with a remit to develop and grow the business.

    Charis manages the marketing and business support teams of Sicuro Group. Charis works closely with our senior leadership to support the inter-regional teams’ implementation of strategies and brand awareness. Charis holds a BSc and MBA, specializing in professional marketing. Charis joined Sicuro Group in 2012, having previously managed multiple teams in the e-commerce sector.

    Iva oversees Sicuro's Supervised Journey Management and Executive Protection operations. Working toward a Security Risk Management Consultant (SRMC®) certificate and holding a CPD in Travel Risk Management, Iva serves as the main focal point for Protective Services at Sicuro Group.

    Whymee joined Sicuro Group in 2010 as an office support and HR executive. Over the years, she has worked her way up to her current position, where she manages the company's HR, Corporate Admin, and Logistics functions. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Strategic Human Resource Management.

    Albert is a certified electronics engineer with a BSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Joining Sicuro Group in 2014, he is responsible for organizing Sicuro Technology's projects, including remote and in-country support, managing complex mobilization and installation efforts, overseeing product/service innovations, and managing IT administration.

    Jett is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BSc in Accountancy. At Sicuro, Jett is responsible for managing the team of CPA accountants and overseeing the financial planning and corporate reporting for the Group. Jett has an extensive background in accounting and finance, having previously held various accounting and financial analyst roles in the UAE and the Philippines.

    In 2019, Sicuro Group was honored to receive the Intersec Humanitarian Award for its efforts in supporting the local and NGO communities after the catastrophic events of cyclones Idai and Kenneth.
